- Everything that I learned about my topic, I did not know at all, everything was knew to me, which made it even more exciting.
- I think my best question is "How are they triggered, specifically?" I think this is my best question, because I got a variety of answers that helped me, and it had many easy realted questions that got me to my answer.
- "Where do they come from?" I feel like this was my worst question because it wasn't specific, so I never got an answer for it. So I feel if maybe I was more specific with my question then I could have found an answer for it.
- The question that got me the most information was "Do you remember all of them in the morning? Why or why not?" To be honest, I don't really understand why, but when I answered my questions, I had the most to write about with that question.
- First I had to really look at my sources, because with my topic it was hard to find reliable sources. I had to stay away from websites like google, and stuck to the sites that the librarian suggested. Even with that I only found one good article, that's why I moved onto books from there, and that's were I found the rest of my information.
- The best source I used was the books I found, and to be honest I hardly ever use books for research, so I think I am going to start to use them more, because they are the best source for me.
- The thing that I really need to work on and do better is my time managment. This is because, honestly in the past two days, I have really been rushing to finish.
- If I had more time, I think I would go more into detail about nightmares, and figure out if the same one can occur more than once, and how your brain makes things like that? I would just try seeking more information along these lines.

Oral Presentation
Conclusion
1.) How are they triggered, specifically?
The nightmares may occur in times of severe tension, or after watching something with some type of suspense or horror. They may also occur when you have an illness, or if you may have ate before bed. One last way they may show up is if you are having withdrawls from any acohol or drugs.
2.) Where do they come from?
This question wasn't exactly answered, I know they occur during REM sleep, but they don't exactly come from anywhere. Although, they are known to tell us things about ourselves. They may help us solve problems, or things in that matter. If you really think about your nightmare, I ganrantee you will find a way it helps or relates to something that has happened to you.
3.) Do you remember them all in the morning? Why or why not?
You do tend to remember them all in the morning, because most of the time you will wake up during them, and you will remember everything. As for dreams, you will not always remember them in the morning because you have so many dreams a night, that you can't remember them all in the morning. Same with night terrors, you most likely will never remember those, because they happen so quick, you may wake up screaming, but fall back to sleep with in a minute. This is because you are not totally waken yet, so technically you are still asleep, so you don't remember. This is why a lot of people keep a dream log next to their bed, so if they wake up during the night, or in the morning, as soon as they wake up, they will write down everything they remember. With night terrors, if someone is able to recall anything about it, it is usually just a frightening image, or something of that matter.
4.) Do they occur during REM?
REM is abriviated for "rapid eye movement" , this occurs in some of your deepest stages of sleep. Almost all of your nightmares occur during this time, you will find that night terrors for instance, do not, same with dreams. Some dreams may occur during REM sleep, but nightmares will almost always occur during this time.

Daily Reflection
Today in class, I got to say I didn't do much. I just looked through and read some of the book that has some information about nightmares in it, and also I did my blog that was due last night because my internet was down, so I just did it in class. By the time I did both of these two things, my time was pretty much up. So even though I didn't do too much today, I at least found out some more information. I still just want to get everything down on paper before I do anything else. After I do this, that's when I will start answering my questions.
Daily Reflection
Yesterday, I did a lot of looking at my information. I took the time yesterday to gather my thoughts, look at information, and look at my questions. I put all of this down on paper and just took the time to really look at it. I realized that with the information I have right now, I can answer some of my related questions, and maybe partly some of my burning questions. I know I have enough sources now, so now I know that I have to organize the information and start answering my questions. I would really like to put everything down on paper before I do anything else. Now I know that I just need to answer my questions and start my presentation, and I will be all set to finish this project.

Daily Refection
Today in class, instead of finding some more sources I decided to look through all the articles I found so far and really look at the information. I highlighted all my important information and spread it on some paper. Now that all my thoughts are down, I know I can look at the information, and find answers to some of my questions. Once I do this I can then see if any more information is required, and if there is then I that's when I will continue to look for information. Hopefully I will have enough information now to start answering most of my questions, and maybe get some answers to my burning questions. Also I now have to start working on my presentation, so I am gonna start working on that too. I am excited to complete this project, not because it's boring, but because I will get answers to questions I have had for a while. So now I know that next I have to start answering my questions.

Daily Reflection
What did I do today?
- Today I tried to find some more sources online but it is very difficult to find with the topice I had. So while I was trying to find this, some books were brought over to me and it had a lot of helpful information. So I decided to check them out so I can now use them to get my information.
Who helped me today?
- At first I was on my own working on the computer, but the librarian Mrs. Doherety came over and brought me some books that had a lot of information that would help me, so I checked them out.
Today I feel like I got some good sources, and I know they are reliable. So now I know that I need to get all my information down on paper, and start answering my questions.

Daily Reflection
What did I do today?
- On Friday, I was very productive. I found another reliable source and looked through all the information. I started filling out another source sheet, and I was just excited I had found more information.
Did I find any answers to any specific questions?
- As of right now, I am not really looking for any specific answers for specific questions. I am more focusing on finding reliable sources with good information that I know will help me answer some of my questions. Then from there, thats when I will start looking for answers for specific questions.
Who helped me today?
- No one has helped me so far. I mean a friend in class might have helped me find a site, but besides that I have done it all by myself so far.
Today I feel like I have gotten a lot done so far, and I am just excited to finish this project. I am having fun doing a project on something that interests me.
What I know I need to do next is right down all the information I got so far, and organize it. That way I can look at all my information and start answering questions. First I may have to find a couple more sources.

Daily Reflection
Today, I was not as productive as yesterday, due to the fact there was a shorten class. However, I did not find another source today, I actually decided to finish some of my blogging, and to take all the important information out of the article I found, and study it. I analyzed the information, and tried to find any answers to any of my related questions. Turns out, I did find some information that helped me answer some of my related questions. I now know that I need to find more sources, and articles about my topic of nightmares. Hopefully once I get enough information to answer my burning questions. Today I feel like I could have done a little but more, but unfortunatly I didn't get a full class to work. I am just very excited to complete my project, and get my questions answered!
